The deceased, identified as 30-year-old Carl Lofqvist, was pronounced dead at the scene by a doctor attending the incident from the Hospital.
Emergency services were called at around 3.30 am when the owner of the house on Phaholyothin Soi 3 in Phayathai district heard what they believed to be a car crash.
However, when they came downstairs to check if anyone needed help they seen blood coming from the second floor and soon found the body of the Swede in an upstairs bedroom.
Officers from the Police Station checked the dead mans room on the seventh floor of the condominium building next door and found nothing to indicate foul play.
Various medications, including Olanzapine, used for the treatment of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, were found in the room. A note written was also found but no reports stated its content.
Police said they will check CCTV and continue their investigation but couldn’t say at this time if the man fell or jumped.
